VENTROUX was founded in 2017 on a contrarian premise: most consulting fails because it is sold by the hour and delivered by the deck. We sell engagements that produce decisions — and we stay long enough to make those decisions work. Our partners have operated the businesses they now advise. We have built finance functions, scaled teams from 30 to 1,000, raised institutional rounds, entered new markets, and wound down what no longer worked.
